- Product received was damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Order was cancelled before dispatch
- Approved return as per our Return Policy
- Payment was deducted but order was not placed (Razorpay auto-refunds)

Refund Timelines
Online Payment
5-7 business days
Refunded to original payment method (Card / UPI / NetBanking) via Razorpay.
Cash on Delivery
3-5 business days
Refunded via UPI or bank transfer after you share your details with us.
Failed Payment
2-4 business days
Automatically refunded by Razorpay if the transaction failed but money was deducted.

Refund Process

We initiate the refund from our end within 1-2 business days.

You receive the refund in your original payment method within the timeline shown above.

A confirmation SMS/email is sent once the refund is processed.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you will need to follow the return process instead.

Non-Refundable Charges
The following are not refunded:
- Shipping charges (unless the product was damaged/wrong)
- Customization charges for personalized products
- Payment gateway fees on cancelled orders (0-2%, refunded by bank separately)
