When You Are Eligible for a Refund

  • Product received was damaged or defective
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Order was cancelled before dispatch
  • Approved return as per our Return Policy
  • Payment was deducted but order was not placed (Razorpay auto-refunds)

Refund Timelines

Online Payment

5-7 business days

Refunded to original payment method (Card / UPI / NetBanking) via Razorpay.

Cash on Delivery

3-5 business days

Refunded via UPI or bank transfer after you share your details with us.

Failed Payment

2-4 business days

Automatically refunded by Razorpay if the transaction failed but money was deducted.

Refund Process

    Return or cancellation is approved by our team.

    We initiate the refund from our end within 1-2 business days.

    You receive the refund in your original payment method within the timeline shown above.

    A confirmation SMS/email is sent once the refund is processed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you will need to follow the return process instead.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following are not refunded:

  • Shipping charges (unless the product was damaged/wrong)
  • Customization charges for personalized products
  • Payment gateway fees on cancelled orders (0-2%, refunded by bank separately)
