Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or order ID

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable ingredients (flour, cocoa, edible decorations, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized products (cake toppers with names, custom fonts, etc.)
  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or missing parts

How to Initiate a Return

    Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 99744 39123) or email with your order ID and reason for return.

    Wait for approval — our team will verify and respond within 24-48 hours.
  3. 3
    Ship the product back to our Surat address using a trackable courier service.
  4. 4
    Inspection & refund — once we receive and verify the product, your refund is processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival — in which case we will cover the return shipping.
